Yesterday in Rochester,NY(my hometown), there was mass confusion and many lost their patience due to the fact Popeyes ran out of chicken. The fast food chain was giving out free chicken and became a victim of its own advertising when they ran out of chicken. Rochesterians were outraged, and supposedly some couldn't feed their children...RIDIC
