Phonesex The Book, is a collection of new photographs by Phil Toledano. He trained his lens on the men and women who work as phone sex operators and then asked them to contribute essays on their work experience. The result is a glimpse into the reality of a world that is otherwise suffused with fantasy; it's engaging and sometimes disturbing, comical and moving.

We'll talk to Phil, as well as some of the phone sex workers he took pictures of, and learn about the lives of phone sex workers through these very telling photos.
