Upon waking up today, I immediately looked up to see a faded picture of Uncle Sam. Scary right? Quickly I found myself smiling because I was looking at the American League Champions pennant for the 1957 New York Yankees. History set deep in my mind, reading names like Mantle, Berra, Ford, and Stengel (MGR). All of whom are considered Yankee "gods" by baseball fans worldwide. (The Yanks lost in 7 games to the Milwaukee Braves in the World Series that year.) Sad story, but after taking all that in after moments of waking, it sparked faith that the Yankees will win today.
