I know that the hard bass, grime, and darkness that lingers over the dubstep genre isn't for everyone. But even casual fans can relate to a title like Living Inside the Speaker. Which happens to be the name of a dubstep documentary that’s been getting some love of late.Two members of Mashup Mafia have recently released the film to the masses, for free, even though they recorded over a year ago. nterviewing the likes of DJ Pinch, Peverelist, myspace.com/forsakendubstep"target="_blank">Bubonic, Hench Crew, Stealth, Dub Boy, Skream, and others.
There has been a BBC documentary and another one for MTV, but this one lasts a full 40 minutes and goes into a lot more detail than the other ones. Wwhich although being alright were essentially pretty concise affairs compared to this. The filmmakers track the dubstep scene in Bristol, England, often considered second only to London as a U.K. leader of the genre.
